【Overview】
At this event, we will welcome guests Mr. Minegishi, Head of Technology and Human Resources at CyberAgent, and Mr. Hisamatsu, President of Engineering Management LLC.

We will hold an offline talk session on the latest trends in recruiting new graduate engineers, building a collaborative system with the field, and common issues faced by recruiters.

Participants will also talk about success and failure cases based on their own experiences, which can only be heard in a closed offline seminar.

[Event Background]
Recruiting new graduate engineers to support a company's growth strategy is a major challenge not only for the IT industry but for a wide range of companies.

In fact, many hiring managers probably have the following issues:

Mr. Hiroto Minegishi

Head of Technical HR at CyberAgent Inc. He joined the company as an engineer in 2012. After gaining experience in the development and operation of new community services, he moved to recruiting new graduates for engineering in 2016. He currently works in the Technical HR Division, a company-wide HR organization for engineers, where he is involved in all aspects of HR, from recruitment to training.

Joined CyberAgent Inc. as an engineer in 2012. Experienced new development and operation of community services as a web front-end engineer and iOS engineer. Changed career to recruit new graduates for engineers in July 2016, and currently works as the general manager of the Technical Human Resources Division, a company-wide human resources organization for engineers, where he is involved in all aspects of human resources for engineers, from recruitment to training.

Mr. Tsuyoshi Hisamatsu

He received his PhD from the Graduate School of Media and Governance at Keio University. He has studied under Professor Jun Murai of Keio University since 2000. He is the president of Engineering Management LLC.

After working as an engineer and middle manager at three venture companies, he went independent. He is in charge of IT engineer recruitment, training, evaluation and pay system creation, branding and other organizational improvement consulting, training and seminars at multiple companies, including ventures and long-established manufacturers. He also serves as an evangelist at Supporters Co., Ltd., an advisor at Akariku Co., Ltd., and STARMINE Co., Ltd., and an advisor at Persol Innovation Co., Ltd. TECH PLAY.
