How to create an organization that creates new value | December 10th in Shibuya

While an increasing number of companies are making the creation of new value a key management theme, in reality, existing businesses are running short, raising the questions of "who will take on this responsibility" and "how will the organization achieve this?"

In the case of Company A, which Egg Forward is supporting, we supported the company in developing challenging personnel and creating an organizational culture that supports challenges in order to create new value.

Manabu Tamura
After graduating from the University of Tokyo, he joined a city bank. He then worked at Accenture's Strategic Consulting Division, where he was responsible for a variety of management themes, including business strategy planning, mission and vision formulation, and organizational change support. After 13 years of consulting experience, he moved to a foreign distribution company, where he led business strategy and cross-functional projects as Vice President of Corporate Planning. He drove top-line growth as the person responsible for developing new business models and new store formats. He then worked in management at Accenture as a Managing Director. At Egg Forward, he leads the provision of services to major companies in the areas of purpose-driven management practice, corporate change, and human resource development.

Rie Fujino
After graduating from university, he worked as an IT consultant before joining Recruit Management Solutions Co., Ltd. He has supported the corporate transformation of over 100 companies, primarily major corporations, in areas such as next-generation leader development, management reform, HR system construction, and organizational culture reform. In addition to consulting, he oversaw the HR Analytics Technology Lab and service development department, and has received the HR Award Grand Prize and numerous internal commendations.
After joining Egg Forward, he launched the Innovation Design business and led the development of new services. He is also focusing on initiatives to open up the future for companies and individuals, such as launching the human capital management lab "GROWIN' EGG" from scratch.
