This is the application page for opening a stall at the Vintage & Artisan Market in SHIBUYA KITAYA PARK.
*No payment is required at the time of reservation. Payment of the booth fee (cash only) is required at the reception on the day.

An 8-minute walk from Shibuya Station, this market is held in the lush Shibuya City Chatan Park, which also has a Blue Bottle Coffee cafe.
There will be around 30 shops selling carefully selected items such as apparel, second-hand clothing, vintage items, handmade accessories, plants, and miscellaneous goods.

This is a lush park with a Blue Bottle Coffee cafe attached. There are many shady, cool areas, making it a comfortable venue even in the summer.
There are many select shops around the park, attracting discerning visitors.
[Free parking]
There is no parking lot on the venue, but there is a parking meter installed on Route 413 (the area between Yoyogi Park and Yoyogi Gymnasium), about a 10-minute walk from the venue, Chatan Park, where parking is free of charge as the parking meters will be closed on Sundays and holidays.

[Booth size and fees]
① 1m wide x 2m deep booth size: 6,600 yen (tax included) (This size is suitable for those with a small amount of items or one table)
②2m wide x 2m deep booth size: 11,000 yen (tax included) (This space is for those using 2 or more tables or those with a relatively large amount of items such as apparel)
③ 2.5m wide x 2.5m deep stall fee: 16,500 yen (tax included) (This is recommended for those who wish to set up a stall in a spacious space)
*If you are using two or more spaces, please purchase the booth fee for the number of spaces.

*If you would like to rent equipment, please apply by email (vintageartisanmarketvam@gmail.com) after making your reservation to set up a booth.

・Wooden market table: 1,100 yen including tax (width 93cm, height 75cm, depth 73cm)
・Hanger rack: 1,100 yen (tax included) (load capacity 70kg, width 100-120cm, height 110cm-174cm)
・Tent (with weight): 1,650 yen (tax included) (2m width, 2m depth, 2m height) *If you use a 1m width x 2m height booth, the price is 1,000 yen (tax included)
・Commercial steel hangers: 330 yen for 10 (tax included)
・Camping chair (with backrest): 500 yen
・Fitting room (shared): Free
* Rental items will be assembled, set up, and removed by our staff. After use, you can leave the rental items at the booth.
*Those who rent a tent may set up shop in the shaded covered area in front of Blue Bottle (the "large roof" area in the image below). (The large roof area is a covered area, so tents will not be set up, but the same fee as the tent rental fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.)

[Notes and requests]
・Please refrain from displaying sales. (We aim to create a market that creates a "buy because it's nice" rather than "buy because it's cheap.")
・Please make sure to create a good-looking display.
・We will contact you via your registered email address approximately 3 days before the event with details about the market, such as your booth details.
・Please be sure to leave on time.
・If you wish to bring in or take out your items by vehicle, please do so at the designated time to avoid traffic jams. Please contact us in advance by email (vintageartisanmarketvam@gmail.com). We will contact you with the designated time to bring in your items.
After use, please be sure to clean up the space before leaving.
・Please be sure to take any trash you generate with you home with you.
・Cancellation or change of schedule due to exhibitor's convenience is not permitted. (If the event is postponed due to rain, the date can be changed.)
・After your reservation is complete, we would like to introduce the shop on Instagram, so we would appreciate it if you could send us 1) an image to introduce the shop and 2) a description. (You can send it to either your email address or Instagram DM.)
[In case of rain]
The event will be cancelled in the event of rain. Please rest assured that your booth ticket will not be invalidated even if the event is cancelled.
In the event of a cancellation, we will reschedule the event to a date that is convenient for exhibitors. (No additional exhibit fees will be charged.)
[About cancellations and schedule changes]
In the event of cancellation or change of date, the following fees will be charged depending on the number of days remaining until the event date.
Cancellation/schedule change up to 30 days before the event date: A cancellation fee of 30% of the booth fee will be charged.
Cancellation/schedule change between 29 days and 14 days before the event date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booth fee will be charged.
Cancellation/schedule change between 13 days before and on the day of the event: A cancellation fee of 100% of the booth fee will be charged.

After you apply, we would like to announce your stall on Instagram, so please send the following two items to us by email or Instagram DM. (You can do this at any time after you apply.)
