In the keynote speech, Taro Nakajima, CEO of ROXX Inc., which went public in September this year, will talk about strategies for growing SaaS businesses.

In addition to Nakajima, the judges for the pitch contest in the middle of the event will include former Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd. ・Taro Nakajima
Born in Tokyo in 1992. In November 2013, while studying at Aoyama Gakuin University, he founded ROXX Inc. and became its CEO. He developed and operates Z Career, a job-hunting platform for non-desk workers, and back check, an online compliance/reference check service. In September 2024, the company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. Selected for Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2021 in the Enterprise Technology category. He is an external student at SoftBank Academia.

・Koichi Maruo
Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1960. Worked at Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd. for 38 years, serving as executive director and other officers for 12 years. Has consistently worked in investment banking. As lead manager, realised the IPOs of numerous large startups such as Mercari Inc. and Raksul Inc., was also involved in the relisting of the bankrupt Japan Airlines Co., Ltd., and fundraising for listed companies such as Rakuten Group Inc. and KDDI Corporation. Currently serves as CEO of Major7th Co., Ltd., a company that provides entrepreneurial support services, while also serving as an outside director for multiple companies, including listed companies.

・Yohhei Hagio
Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1978. After graduating from high school, he studied abroad at a university in the United States and took a temporary leave of absence before entering graduate school. At the age of 23, he started his own business, founding FLC Co., Ltd. in 2004. After a business integration in 2016, he became the CEO of Premium Water Holdings Co., Ltd. He will assume the role of CEO in 2024.
