Workshop to consider new forms of nursing care
Can collaboration between Gen Z and WorkCare Women brighten the future of caregiving?

The era of great nursing care has finally begun.
Many of those involved in caregiving are working women, and according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, approximately 80% of people who quit their jobs for caregiving reasons are women.
Gen Z is often thought to have no connection to caregiving, but the reality is that they are more or less involved in caregiving, whether it be supporting their grandparents or actually providing care as young carers. They are "digital natives," a demographic that is "highly interested in social issues," and a demographic that is trying to bring a breath of fresh air to the caregiving business.
There are fears that Japan's nursing care system will collapse, but if Japan's nursing care system could become a model for the world and we could export innovative products and services, the economy could be revitalized. To achieve this, we need not only the perspectives of women who are veterans of work and nursing care, but also the skills, knowledge, and sense of the times of Gen Z.
In this workshop, held at "SHIBUYA QWS," which has the concept of "creating the power to change society by encountering, honing, and releasing one's own questions," Gen Z and working care women will meet to learn about the current nursing care issues that are currently sweeping the nation, and discuss challenges and business ideas.
