📣A thorough explanation of tips on how to become a popular engineer, based on Japan's largest data on matchmaking!
When we conducted a survey*1 on the attractive qualities women look for in men working in IT jobs, it was found that IT jobs are currently attracting a lot of attention in the matchmaking market, with IT workers ranking second in the "ideal occupation for a marriage partner" category.

At this event, IBJ, a major matchmaking service provider, and Kikkake Agent, which provides career support for IT engineers, will explain "key points for IT men to appear more attractive in the matchmaking market" based on data from a joint survey. In addition, there will be a panel discussion by developers involved in the development of algorithms for major matching apps, as well as a networking event.

Mr. Fukushige, who previously developed the algorithm for a major dating matching app, will be speaking about "The most important factors that determine match rates on apps, as seen in data," and will share tips on how engineers can become popular with the opposite sex. In addition, Mr. Moro, who is knowledgeable about IT engineer careers, will also provide a commentary on career advancement in IT jobs, as there is a correlation between careers and careers.

🎪Program 2: "Looking at Japan's largest data! What are the factors required for men in IT jobs in the marriage market?"
Based on the "Successful Marriage White Paper (2024 Edition)", which was compiled from the findings of a joint survey and the largest matchmaking member database in Japan, which is published by IBJ every year, a matchmaking advisor from IBJ Co., Ltd. will use the data to explain the key points to look out for in matchmaking and how to deal with them.
