The Japan Dam Awards is a project organized by volunteer dam fans to look back on the achievements of dams in 2025.
The administrative committee nominated dams that had been active from various angles.
The most memorable performances in each category were voted for by the executive committee and the audience at the venue.

This year marks the 13th year of the "Dumb's Academy Awards"!

This year, dams across Japan are once again being called upon to respond to severe weather, disasters, and global-scale abnormal weather conditions. Japan's leading dam fans will once again enthusiastically introduce the nominated dams that have fought their way through these challenges!
