"Truck Festa TOKYO 2024," an event to convey the appeal of the truck transportation industry, will be held on September 15th at the Yoyogi Park Outdoor Stage Event Square.

Trucks with "green license plates" are a lifeline supporting domestic logistics, and have played a major role as essential workers during the earthquake recovery and COVID-19 pandemic. The event, organized by the Tokyo Trucking Association, aims to promote understanding of the industry's efforts to contribute to building a better society, including road safety and environmental measures, among children who will be the future of the industry.

At the venue, trucks from domestic manufacturers such as Hino, Isuzu, Mitsubishi Fuso, and Nissan UD will be lined up, and this year a new area will be added to display disaster relief vehicles, along with various experiential events that you can't experience in your daily life. There will also be a musical on the theme of road safety, game competitions, stage events such as truck dancing, a truck driver contest, and an awards ceremony for the Green Eco Project Top Runner Excellence Award.
