The "Co-Creation Design Project" is a business-focused networking service launched with the aim of helping to resolve the issues and needs of "business people who are having trouble developing corporate collaboration partners or clientele" and "business people who, as individuals, want to build personal connections with ambitious and highly motivated business people, or who are considering going independent in the future and want to build a high-quality personal network."

We hold offline (face-to-face) business networking events every month in Tokyo.

This time, we will be holding a sports business networking event in Shibuya, which will be open to those who are doing business in the sports field and those who are planning to do business in the sports field.

Nowadays, IT and technology have been introduced into sports, and we can feel that the experience value of the viewers has improved significantly. In addition, there has been a lot of activity aimed at urban development centered on sports facilities, and sports have become more closely related to our lives. We planned this exchange meeting in the hope that we can help revitalize the currently hot sports business industry.

・You will be asked to submit one business card at the reception, so please have it ready.
- There will be no opening remarks from the organizers. The social gathering will begin one by one after the check-in, allowing you to interact with as many people as possible.

◆ Application process

If you would like to participate, you can apply in the following ways:

✓ Click the "Apply for tickets" button to pay the participation fee, fill out the pre-event questionnaire, and confirm your attendance.

*If you would like to participate, please complete the above by 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 12th.
However, due to limited numbers of participants, we will limit the number of participants to 20 people on a first-come, first-served basis, based on who completes the above steps first.

◆Refund Policy

If you cancel for personal reasons, we will provide a full refund if you notify us of your cancellation by 7:00 PM on Monday, June 10th.
However, refunds will not be possible after 7:00 PM on Monday, June 10. However, if you cancel or are unable to attend, please be sure to contact the organizer in advance (as early as possible, by the time of the event).
If you continue to cancel without notice, you will not be able to apply for future networking events hosted by our company.
Please contact us here if you wish to cancel or be absent on the day.

◆ Decision to cancel the social gathering

If there are too few participants to achieve the original purpose of the networking event, we will cancel the event. In that case, we will notify those who wish to participate by email and refund the full participation fee.
(Cancellation criteria: If there are 9 or fewer participants by the application deadline.)

◆Notes

・Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
・Solicitation and sales activities related to malicious network businesses, religion, insurance, real estate investment, etc. are prohibited.
- Please participate with proper social etiquette, such as refraining from speaking ill of or hurting other participants.
・The organizers will not take responsibility for any theft or loss of valuables, so please take care to keep your valuables in good condition.
・We may take photos of the social gatherings in order to attract more people to future social gatherings. We will take care to ensure that individuals cannot be identified, so we ask for your understanding in advance.
