This is the application page for opening a stall at the Vintage & Artisan Market in SHIBUYA KITAYA PARK.
*No payment is required at the time of reservation. Payment of the booth fee (cash only) is required at the reception on the day.

An 8-minute walk from Shibuya Station, this market is held in the lush Shibuya City Chatan Park, which also has a Blue Bottle Coffee cafe.
There will be around 30 shops selling carefully selected items such as apparel, second-hand clothing, vintage items, handmade accessories, and miscellaneous goods.

This is a lush park with a Blue Bottle Coffee cafe attached. There are many shady, cool areas, making it a comfortable venue even in the summer.
There are many select shops around the park, attracting discerning visitors.
[About parking]
There is no parking available at the venue.
Please use the paid parking nearby.
*You can park for free on Sundays and holidays at the parking metered area on Route 413 (between Yoyogi Park and Yoyogi Gymnasium), about a 10-minute walk from Chatan Park. (It is often crowded, but please use it if there is a space available.)

・1m wide x 2m long booth size: 6,000 yen (tax included)
・2m wide x 2m long booth size: 11,000 yen (tax included)
・2.5m wide x 2.5m long booth fee: 17,000 yen (tax included)
・If you are using two or more spaces, please purchase the booth fee for the number of spaces.

・Commercial steel hangers: 330 yen for 10 (tax included)
・Camping chair (with backrest): 500 yen
* Rental items will be assembled, set up, and removed by our staff. After use, you can leave the rental items at the booth.
【Notes】
・Please refrain from displaying sales. (We aim to create a market that creates a "buy because it's nice" rather than "buy because it's cheap.")
・Please make sure to create a good-looking display.
・We will contact you via your registered email address approximately 3 days before the event with details about the market, such as your booth details.
・Please be sure to leave on time.

After use, please be sure to clean up the space before leaving.

・Cancellation or change of schedule due to exhibitor's convenience is not permitted. (If the event is postponed due to rain, the date can be changed.)
[In case of rain]
The event will be cancelled in the event of rain. Please rest assured that your booth ticket will not be invalidated even if the event is cancelled.
In the event of a cancellation, we will reschedule the event to a date that is convenient for exhibitors. (No additional exhibit fees will be charged.)
[About cancellations and schedule changes]
In the event of cancellation or change of date, the following fees will be charged depending on the number of days remaining until the event date.
Cancellation/schedule change up to 30 days before the event date: A cancellation fee of 30% of the booth fee will be charged.
Cancellation/schedule change between 29 days and 14 days before the event date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booth fee will be charged.
Cancellation/schedule change between 13 days before and on the day of the event: A cancellation fee of 100% of the booth fee will be charged.
