I discovered yoga when I wanted to take better care of myself by controlling the stress in my mind and body.
Yoga, especially meditation, allows me to face myself and realize the importance of loving myself. At the same time, it balances my mind and body and helps me to notice the small joys of life. I want to share this cycle of happiness with many people, so I decided to become a yoga instructor in July 2021.

Starting on New Year's Day 2022, she has made morning meditation a daily routine, and teaches mindfulness yoga to people of all ages at a studio in Suginami Ward, Tokyo, and online yoga.
While working as an office worker in an orthopedic clinic, she independently organizes a number of events, including in-house senior yoga, traditional Japanese house yoga, and park yoga.
He will be recognized as a top teacher in January 2023 by class mall, an online market for lessons.
Since July of the same year, he has been working as an online meditation guide instructor and is exploring meditation every day.
They incorporate satsang after class and place great importance on building a community with the motto of "yoga in everyday life."
