A management consultant from Kanagawa Prefecture and former professional boxer. He started a business while he was a student and has successfully sold a total of four companies. He is currently involved in the management and advising of multiple companies. Contrary to his appearance, his hobbies are music and reading. He provides support for creating business plans and capital policies, as well as hands-on strategy design.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Doshisha University, he joined Recruit Agent Co., Ltd. (now Recruit Career).
After recruiting new graduates and launching the business school, he worked as a consultant in the EMC (manufacturing) and IT fields.
After working at CyberAgent, Inc., he worked at Robert Walters, the largest foreign-owned company in the UK, where he was in charge of business development and corporate planning for Japanese companies as they globalized. He then oversaw the division of human resources as the HR manager (recruitment, HR system design, labor, training, etc.) at Looop, Inc. With his experience in the search industry and HR at a corporate company, he founded Premier Agent, Inc. He has connections with many startup managers.
