"I'm worried about whether I can continue working in a male-dominated workplace," "I've been asked to be promoted to a management position, but I'm not confident," "I want to take a step forward in diversity in my organization, but I don't know how to go about it," etc. Do you have such worries? You may be able to find a solution from your seniors who are working at your company.

To commemorate the fifth anniversary of its launch, Nikkei Cross Woman will be holding a free seminar, inviting three executives from companies listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market.

In the seminar, the three speakers will talk about their career histories, including how they carved out their own career paths and overcame adversity, and will also analyze the diversity issues in each industry based on the results of a Nikkei Cross Woman reader survey. We will explore hints for changing organizational culture.

There will be a Q&A session at the end of the seminar. Questions will be collected from the participants. Please enter your questions for the speakers on the registration website. The speakers may be able to answer your questions.

In addition, participants who work in corporate human resources, diversity, corporate planning, public relations, etc. can join a networking event with the speakers after the seminar.

Registration and participation are free (pre-registration required). You're sure to get some useful tips for your career and work. Please feel free to apply!

*This event will be held as a pre-event for WOMAN EXPO 2024.
