Fundraising from Scratch
~From contracts to negotiating terms, the pitfalls of initial external funding from seed investors, including angel investors~
"I didn't know" is no excuse. What entrepreneurs really need to know when raising capital for the first time.
Do you have any of these concerns?
・I don't know what to check in the investment contract
・I can't get a sense of the market valuation
・Unable to decide what to give up and what to protect in negotiations with investors
・I can't understand the detailed terms of the term sheet
I don't really understand the fundraising process.
At this event, Shota Usami of Smart Round, who has supported numerous seed fundraising efforts, and moderator Nanase Tsuruta of WORKPARK will thoroughly explain actual failure cases and important points that are often overlooked. (This event assumes equity fundraising using common stock and J-KISS.)
I recommend this hotel
✅ Entrepreneurs who are planning to raise seed money
✅ For those who are just starting to prepare for fundraising
