If you are one of those people, here are some tips to make your dreams come true in Niigata Prefecture!
A talk event will be held where female entrepreneurs active in the mountainous regions of Niigata Prefecture will share their real-life experiences.
This program is aimed at female entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs living in urban areas, and introduces the appeal of starting a business or moving to rural areas.
This is a great opportunity to learn from guests who have actually started businesses in Niigata. Children are welcome to attend, so please come along.

He moved from Chiba Prefecture to Yuzawa Town. He worked for a major shopping mall development company, but his outlook on society changed, so he founded Kiraboshi Co., Ltd., which mainly engages in relocation support business. He was born in Kashiwazaki City, Niigata Prefecture, but after conducting market research on the area to start his business, he decided to start his business in Yuzawa Town, where he knew no one. Taking advantage of a business contest to support start-ups held by Niigata Prefecture, he founded his company in 2019, and currently has bases in Yuzawa Town and Sanjo City, creating jobs for four U-turners.

He moved back to Yuzawa Town from Saitama Prefecture. He used to work in child development support, but moved back to his hometown of Yuzawa Town due to changes in his life stage, such as raising children. He was appointed as the first entrepreneurial regional revitalization cooperation team member in Yuzawa Town for two years from April 2021 to March 2023, and is currently the representative director of the NPO Cocoiro, employing five staff members and actively expanding his business area and embarking on new businesses such as a consultation support office.
