[Career event for women in IT] Levertec Me conference
Continue working as a freelancer

The New Freelance Protection Act will come into effect in November 2024. It is expected that the enforcement of this law will improve the environment for working as a freelancer and allow more people to consider freelancing as a career option with peace of mind, but various challenges remain in continuing to work as a freelancer.
According to a survey by RevTech*1, while approximately 35% of female IT professionals in their 20s and 30s are considering freelancing as a future option, they are also concerned about not having anyone around them to talk to and not having enough personal connections or knowledge about money to become a freelancer.
At this event, we will have a panel discussion with Mr. Eiichiro Kanta, who has experience as a freelancer and is currently active as an entrepreneur, and our business manager, Mr. Koike. In addition, we plan to hold a networking event in the second half of the event.
By providing a forum where people who are currently working as freelancers or who are interested in freelancing can share their career plans and concerns, we hope to give more female IT professionals an opportunity to think about their future careers and working styles.
