~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I want to make use of my experience abroad and in my heart I want to work globally.
Even though I have these thoughts, I don't know how to act on them.
I'm sure there are many people out there who spend their days in the same monotonous way.
Also, even if you are involved in a global business within a company,
I feel that I cannot achieve my desired overseas career and lifestyle with a career as a company employee.
Some people may be feeling a bit unsettled.
Since I started my own career support business, I have seen many people with similar feelings.
What these people have in common is that
"I have the passion and the skills, but I don't know how to put them into action."
There are many ways to achieve an overseas career.
How this is achieved will vary greatly depending on each person's vision for their career and lifestyle.
Therefore, our association is for people who want to "make use of their overseas experience," "want to work overseas in the future," "want to travel freely around the world as a freelancer," etc.
For such people, we are holding networking events where you can get ideas for your future overseas careers.
In addition,
・People who work while traveling around the world, such as those who have lived in New York for a month
・Those who have graduated from a university in Taiwan or Malaysia and are challenging themselves in overseas business development
・Those who support education and entrepreneurship in Vietnam
The event is hosted and run by people who are either implementing or challenging global working styles, such as the above.
Therefore, based on our real experience and knowledge,
While providing information on "how to work overseas" and "what it means to work globally,"
By listening to the thoughts and experiences of the various participants,
I hope we can have a mutually beneficial exchange of opinions.
We live in an age where the whole world is connected by the Internet, making it easier for anyone to access other countries.
That's why, from the day you decide you want to work globally,
Would you like to get some hints on how to achieve your future overseas career?
We want to hear your story.
I'm looking forward to it ♪
We look forward to your participation!
-------------------------------------------------------------
① 29-year-old woman / 5th year independent / Recruitment, overseas career planning, human resources coaching (national certification)
I used to work as a recruitment agent for a major recruitment company.
I provided career change advice to people who were worried about their careers and introduced them to jobs.
That's when I started to feel this uneasy feeling.
・I feel like there is no balance between effort and promotion.
・I'm learning a lot, but will I be happy if I continue this hard work for 10-20 years...?
・I want to experience as many things as possible in this one and only life.
・I want to become someone who can be active not only in Japan but also globally.
I felt uneasy about being employed.
Use the skills you have acquired at a recruitment agency to become a freelancer
With the thought, "I want to experience everything I want to do," he decided to go independent.
Since then I've done a lot of work.
My experience so far
・Sales at an organizational consulting company
・Career coaching for over 1,000 people
・Recruitment work for major manufacturers and human resources companies
・Management work with care staff at my family's nursing home
・Working with doctors to provide health support for career development
・Support for those who want to pursue an overseas career and planning events
I think there is a lot I can share because of the experiences I have had.
In addition, during my time as a recruitment agency, I supported people who wanted to build an overseas career.
Since going independent, I have been working with people who are expanding their businesses around the world to build businesses and hold events.
Therefore, we are confident that we can be of help to you in terms of both independence/starting a business and job change support.
We provide support to people with similar concerns and those who are worried about their careers.
I would be happy to help each and every one of you live a happy life!
