Minamiuonuma city in Niigata prefecture is famous for producing the most delicious Koshihikari rice in Japan.

An entrepreneur support policy was launched in 2021, and startup companies utilizing local resources unique to Minamiuonuma are being born.

This event has been held since 2023 as a meetup event bringing together entrepreneurs and startups from Minamiuonuma City with startups and companies from Tokyo.
