Providing hints for solving various problems faced in the business world

Source: Peatix

Logmi Biz and Logmi Tech have merged to form the new "Logmi Business." To commemorate this, we will be holding a talk event.

Modern companies face the important challenge of effectively managing their organizations while increasing diversity in a rapidly changing socio-economic environment. This event will focus on two important approaches to this challenge: "introducing job-based employment" and "promoting Gen Z to management."

[Part 1: "Experts and company representatives talk about the 'ideal' and 'reality' of job-based employment"]
In this session, we will invite government officials, experts, and people from companies that have actually implemented job-based employment to explore the gap between the ideal and the reality. Why has job-based employment not become more widespread in Japan? What are the barriers and how can they be overcome? We will also share lessons learned from success stories and failures, and discuss the future of Japan's employment system.

【Speakers】

Nobuhiro Shinke (Executive Vice President and CHRO, Panasonic Connect Co., Ltd.)
Mr. Fumiaki Kobayashi (Deputy Minister of the Environment/Liberal Democratic Party Member of the House of Representatives)
Toshiko Suda (Professor, Graduate School of International Management, Aoyama Gakuin University / Director, HR Transformation Research Institute)

[Facilitator]

Hajime Fujii (Director of Media Editorial Department, Media Headquarters)

[Part 2: "What will change with the appointment of Gen Z managers?"]
In this session, we will explore the impact and success stories of promoting Gen Z managers. We will introduce examples that go beyond the idea that "management is a punishment game" while showing the differences with traditional management positions. We will discuss management styles that make use of the characteristics of Gen Z and the organizational changes they bring about. In addition, we will provide specific methods for promoting and developing young managers, as well as essential points that executives and HR departments should keep in mind.

Toshimitsu Sowa (President and CEO, Human Resources Research Institute Co., Ltd.)
