Noriyoshi Okabe
Representative Director of JPYC Inc.

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture
In 2001, while studying at Hitotsubashi University, he founded Real Unreal LLC (now Real Unreal Inc.), and served as CEO, CTO, and other positions, and was appointed director.
In 2017, he co-founded Real World Games, Inc., and served as CTO/CFO before becoming a director. He is in charge of "ARUK Coin," a service that allows users to earn coins by walking.
2019: Founded Japan Crypto Asset Market Co., Ltd. (currently JPYC Co., Ltd.) and became CEO
2021 Visiting Professor at iU University of Information, Management and Innovation, Director of the Blockchain Promotion Association (BCCC) (current position)
2023: Chair of the BCCC "Blockchain Promotion Committee"

Mr. Koichi Shimoyama
Managing Director, Exchange Business, NTT Digital, Inc.

In 1987, he joined the Bank of Tokyo (now Mitsubishi UFJ Bank), where he worked as a dealer in interest rate derivatives, foreign exchange, and fund trading, as a securities portfolio manager, and in risk management, while also engaging in comprehensive asset and liability management at domestic and overseas banking locations.

During his tenure, he became interested in the future of tokenization services based on blockchain and distributed ledger technology, and has participated in projects such as the establishment of new cryptocurrency exchange companies since 2019. From 2023, he has been in charge of launching the tokenization business in the web3 project at NTT Digital.

Hideki Ikeda

He worked in the finance and IT industry for about 15 years, acquiring a wide range of financial knowledge and experience. After that, while working in web services and consulting, he became interested in the blockchain industry and became involved in the development of overseas projects. He currently serves as Executive Officer (CTO) at SBI VC Trade, and is working hard to promote the spread of cryptocurrency in Japan.
