Make a difference in 2025! How to develop the latest pricing strategies using AI and academic knowledge, and how to build an organization that will lead new initiatives to success.
As the words of one of Japan's leading business leaders, Kazuo Inamori, "Pricing is management" indicate, pricing is not simply a matter of determining prices; it is an important factor that influences the entire management.
In today's environment, our needs are becoming more diverse, and the way we perceive the value of goods and services varies depending on the person, time, place, etc. In this age of diversity, continuing with traditional uniform pricing can be a management risk.
In response to these challenges, Session 1 will introduce ideas and examples of pricing strategies that utilize the latest AI technology and economics. Based on academic knowledge of economics, we will convey the importance of setting prices that adapt to changing times and explain practical and effective approaches.
Session 2 will also focus on organizational culture as a key factor in successful initiatives. Even if you have an excellent initiative, if you do not have an organizational culture that can execute it, your excellent initiative and ideas will go to waste. Therefore, this seminar will also explain how to build an organization that utilizes data science and psychology to lead new initiatives to success.
In this seminar, we will reexamine the importance of pricing strategy and provide tips on building a strategy that will put you one step ahead in 2025 and an organization that can put it into practice.
After the seminar, we will hold a networking event where participants can exchange information with each other and talk casually with the speakers. We will also provide free snacks and drinks, so please feel free to join us.

CyberAgent, Inc. AI Business Division Senior Data Scientist
After graduating with a master's degree from the Graduate School of Economics at the University of Tokyo, he joined CyberAgent as a new graduate data scientist. At Dynalyst, the AI Business Division, he is involved in the entire process of analysis, policy planning, algorithm development, product implementation, and effectiveness verification in improving online ad delivery algorithms, as well as team management. In addition, a paper co-authored with an in-house research organization was accepted by top international academic conferences such as WWW. After that, he was involved in launching a retail media business and growing a drugstore app in the retail digital transformation field. He is currently promoting a price optimization business using economics as a business manager. In 2023, he was selected for Forbes Japan 30 Under 30.

As a professor and researcher at research institutes such as Kyoto University, he was involved in the frontline of basic research on the human brain (cognitive neuroscience). Later, while working on business development for people analytics at a major human resources company, he founded Singulate Inc. With "trust" as the keyword, he aims to create new relationships between people and increase innovation. He supports the creation of innovative organizations by utilizing people analytics technology and knowledge from academic research. He currently offers "Ando-san," a 1-on-1 support service that realizes 1-on-1s that generate trust and autonomy, and "Innovation Survey," an organizational diagnosis that visualizes trust and encourages transformation into an innovative organization. He likes information standards, manga, and soccer.
