For those who think, "If I'm going to work in Hokkaido, I want to do a job that will seriously benefit Hokkaido."

Hokkaido is a region with great potential, blessed with tourism resources, a revitalized economy due to growing inbound demand, and abundant renewable energy sources. However, it is also said to be a region at the forefront of issues, with a declining birthrate and aging population, and a declining population that is worse than the national average, and where social issues that will likely become apparent in Japan in the future will appear at a relatively early stage.

It is precisely because of this region that there are companies that are serious about "solving Japan's social issues from Hokkaido" through the promotion of digital transformation and the development of new businesses. And there is work that is filled with a sense of mission and growth that only they can achieve.

This event will introduce new challenges emerging in Hokkaido and the efforts of Hokkaido companies to solve social issues. In addition, consultants who specialize in U-turn and I-turn job transfers to Hokkaido and Sapporo City will talk about the current business environment, real life and work in Hokkaido's job transfer market.
