The GMO Shibuya Entertainment Festival, a comprehensive entertainment festival set in the entire city around Shibuya Station, will be held for three days from Friday, May 30th to Sunday, June 1st, 2025, at live music venues such as LINE CUBE SHIBUYA, SHIBUYA STREAM Hall, Spotify O-EAST, and O-WEST, as well as complex facilities and parks such as Inaribashi Square, MIYASHITA PARK, and Yoyogi Park BE STAGE.

The event is planned and managed by the Japan Music Business Association in collaboration with Shibuya Ward and the Tokyu Group. Through public-private collaboration and support from local businesses, the festival will take advantage of Shibuya's cultural influence and spread new appeal to the vibrant city of Shibuya through a cross-genre urban festival that makes use of music, comedy, food, fashion, and more.

There will be a wide variety of entertainment across genres, including a live performance by a dance and vocal group that has gained support from overseas, a concert that will bring back the spotlight on famous Showa era pop songs and enka songs, a comedy stage by comedians active on TV and in live shows, and live radio recordings of popular talents. In addition, there will be street events at multiple locations that anyone can participate in, such as food trucks, festival events, and free talk shows.

During these three days, when the entire city of Shibuya becomes the stage, there are many free live shows that can be enjoyed without a ticket, so be sure to check them out.

1. Yoyogi Park BE STAGE - A special area where the stage and greenery come together!

"TGC STAGE" (June 1st)

The event will be held at the Yoyogi Park BE STAGE, a complex facility that opened in February this year, and will feature a fashion show and live performance by artists in collaboration with TGC's 20th anniversary. Popular models and comedians will be gathering!

2. Shibuya City Miyashita Park (Rooftop) - The grass plaza is transformed into a Bon Odori venue!

"JAME Bon Odori" x DJ KOO appearance

A lively two-day event with comedy, enka, Japanese dance, DJ performances and even food trucks. It will be a "Japanese x Entertainment Festival" that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. Food trucks such as PIZZA-LA and Meat Yazawa will be appearing!

3. SHIBUYA OPEN LIVE - 72 artists performing on the streets

Various locations around Shibuya Station will be live music spots with free performances for three days!

Venues: SHIBUYA AXSH, Shibuya Hikarie, Fukuras, Sakuragaoka Hiroba, Seibu Shibuya, Shibuya Station basement, etc.
Cast: Kinu, Erika Ano, Tasuku (Sleeping Boat), Miki, Shunnosuke Kusano, and many others. *As this is an outdoor event, some performances may be cancelled in the event of rain.
