We live in a world where it is commonplace to "develop the ability to earn money outside of work."

"Even though having a side job is normal, there are few people around me who are taking on challenges outside of their company..."
We are now hearing more and more comments like this.

Therefore, in our association,
Through frank exchanges with people who have realized diverse working styles,
"Opportunities to learn about diverse working styles, how to build a career, how to improve your individual earning power, etc..."
For those who are interested in side jobs, parallel work, or starting their own business,
We decided to create a space where people can say, "I wish I had known this information!"

Also, for those who are already taking on challenges outside the company,
Learn about options other than your current work style

We aim to make the event beneficial for all participants.

In addition, our association is not just for creating business connections like a cross-industry networking event,

Therefore, sales and solicitation activities are prohibited at networking events.
(Talking about your own work is OK. Anyone is welcome to join!)

・Working adults between the ages of 20 and 35 (students not accepted)
・Those who are interested in working outside of a company, such as side jobs, parallel work, freelancing, and starting a business

*In order to have a frank social gathering, sales or solicitation activities, picking up girls, and invitations to other events are prohibited.
Anyone who disagrees with the purpose of the event will be forced to leave immediately.
