[About the event]
In a rapidly changing business environment, the role of managers is becoming more complex than ever.
Interacting with members with diverse values, making decisions on unprecedented issues, changes in work due to advances in AI, and responding to organizational change.
The workplace is facing a flood of challenges that cannot be overcome through traditional training and rule of thumb alone.
On the other hand, there are also concerns such as "I don't know how to raise them," "I can't communicate because I'm worried about harassment," and "Feedback goes nowhere."
There are increasing voices such as these, and the difficulty of training is becoming a major concern for managers.
In this event,
● Shun Kamiya's new book "Underdevelopment"
● Hirotake Date's new book, "Scientifically Correct Praise to Motivate Organizations and People"
Based on these two books, we will delve deeper into "creating a growing organization" from both research and practice perspectives.
We will also be joined by Yoshio Miki, who has led business promotion and organizational change as a CHRO at a business company, for a multifaceted discussion on training skills that can be replicated in the field.
◆Perspectives gained from this event
The science of "development and engagement" that draws out the strengths of diverse members
Practical knowledge of feedback that changes behavior
●Perspectives for managers to transform into "team outcome designers"
●Specific measures to address the "difficulty in communicating" and "difficulty in developing" that occur in the field
The essence of reproducible training skills that are not dependent on individuals
[Recommended for the following people!]
●Human resources and training personnel (who want to improve the quality of training, evaluation, human resource management, and dialogue)
●Leaders and managers who are worried about how to interact with their subordinates
●Young leaders taking on management roles for the first time
Those who want to learn training and feedback as "reproducible techniques"
