ThinkingData will be co-hosting a seminar with Pangle, BytePlus, and gamebiz, "ThinkingData 0→1 Meetup 2024 Summer" - Personalized communication that creates gaming experiences - at Shibuya Hikarie from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 11, 2024.

The smartphone game market is seeing a succession of new entrants, and competition is intensifying day by day. In this environment, communication with users has become an important issue for all game companies, and is an essential element for creating beloved games, regardless of whether they are new titles or long-running titles.

In this seminar, we will invite key people from game companies Grams and WonderPlanet, which are using data to communicate with users, to talk about their ideas, community strategies, and actual examples of data usage.

Belongs to Espada Co., Ltd. Participated in the smartphone game "Laguna Doll" as a development collaboration with Grams. Was the Japanese producer for the 12th anniversary of the Korean PC MMO "Granado Espada" and managed the original development in Japan. Was the development and operation producer for the original smartphone title "Hagane Orchestra" jointly developed by Japan and Korea. At Laguna Doll, he was the head of content development and responsible for managing the Korean version in Japan.

He is currently working at Grams. He moved from another industry in 2016 and participated in the early development of the smartphone game "Laguna Doll" as an engineer. After going live, he also handles infrastructure failures. After forming the UI integration team and leading the engineering team, he is currently leading the project as the head engineer.

He is in charge of the development and operation of the smartphone RPG "Laguna Doll." He continues to actively incorporate knowledge and trends of other companies' titles, and works on planning and services that place emphasis on the field.

In his current position as VPoE and head of the EDMO office, he is responsible for the growth of the engineering organization, maximizing productivity, and driving the technology of the entire company.

During his time at university, he worked for the international NGO "Results Japan" in advocating policy on global health, and while in Kenya, he planned and managed the "Sand Flea Disease Countermeasure Project". After returning to Japan, he worked for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) until 2019, supporting the overseas expansion of Japanese companies. After graduating from university, he joined Metaps Inc. in 2020, and became a senior researcher at Digital Transformation Institute Inc. in 2021. In 2022, he founded his own business company, null Inc., and provides management advisory services to several small and medium-sized enterprises. At ThinkingData, he works as a data analyst, analyzing data for game apps and supporting data-driven operations.

He is one of the founding members of Pangle in Japan and is in charge of domestic game clients. He has been working in the gaming and advertising field for 8 years. He is involved in monetizing in-app ads and supporting promotions for indie games to major game companies.

He also served as a division manager and executive officer at SocialGameInfo (now gamebiz), which was a subsidiary at the time. He is now independent and has established TeeL LLC. He is a producer at gamebiz.
