Speaker Profile

Kaori LeBlanc
Entrepreneur, Business Consultant, Feng Shui Lifestyler
At the age of 25, she started a business with her husband in Japan, and has 30 years of business experience. After developing businesses such as a trading company, food and beverage industry, coffee wholesale, and nail salon in Japan and North America, she is now an abundance feng shui lifestyler/online entrepreneur producer, providing mainly online services and connecting with clients around the world. In Victoria, Canada, she operates Airbnb (private lodging) as a real estate management business. The occupancy rate of rooms is over 90%. She has achieved the top 5% of Airbnbs in the world. Now that she has shifted from running a company to running her own business, she is working one-third the time and earning three times as much as before, realizing her ideal work style. In November 2022, she will publish "The Room Where My Future is in Order" (WAVE Publishing) in Japan. A happy happening occurs when it sells out on Amazon on the day of release!

Masashi Makino
Entrepreneur, Manager, Consultant, Lecturer
After graduating from a science graduate school in Japan, he spent his 20s working in the business world, gaining experience in management consulting, IT and marketing, and in his 30s studying abroad in the US and Canada, working overseas and starting his own company. Now in his 40s, he runs a CG and media art study abroad, employment and education company in Canada and Japan, while providing "accompanying consulting" to overseas and Japanese entrepreneurs, presidents of small and medium-sized businesses, book publishers, and TV and media personalities that he has come into contact with. As he is unable to provide support to everyone, he publishes a newsletter every Saturday morning at 7am titled "5 Minutes to Read! Secret Toolbox" for entrepreneurs who are serious about getting into business. Recently, he has also been giving special lectures at technical universities and schools. He has previously worked in the US, Canada, Taiwan, China and Australia, but currently lives mainly in Japan and Canada.

Manami Kitano
VA, Facilitator, Coach, Designer
Freelance living in Vancouver, Canada. Former nurse. After retiring, moved to Canada in 2013. Currently works as a project incubator, dialogue facilitator, professional coach, website and visual production business, and provides support for self-employed individuals to start up their own businesses. Expanded VA business from 2023. With the motto of "putting each person's philosophy born from dialogue at the center and giving form to their thoughts and ideas," she supports everyone to be active in society while valuing their own feelings and values. Currently based in Canada, she travels sometimes to Japan and sometimes to other parts of the world.
