The experiential outdoor event "Outdoor Day Japan Tokyo 2025" will be held on April 5th and 6th at Yoyogi Park Event Square and Keyaki Namiki. The event is organized by the Japan Auto Camping Association.

The event, which started in 2011, has been held 36 times in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Kobe, attracting a total of 1,965,000 visitors. The Tokyo venue alone has seen 13 events, attracting 1,279,000 visitors.

The venue features exhibits of the latest camping equipment, outdoor gear, apparel, and mobility-related products. In particular, the corner where you can compare tents and tarps, and the booths where you can try out different gear that you can't experience at outdoor shops are popular with many outdoor enthusiasts.

There are also plenty of outdoor-related workshops and activities, including making your own telescope, chopping firewood, bird watching, making smoked foods using a cardboard smoker, and nature games that originated in the United States.

In the mobility field, in addition to exhibits of camper vans and vehicles with rooftop tents, there will also be the opportunity to ride in a car driven by an instructor. This will be a rare opportunity to experience the latest vehicle technology that is highly compatible with outdoor life.

The event is aimed at a wide range of people, from outdoor beginners to experts, and is sure to be a great opportunity to reaffirm the importance of interacting with nature. Admission is free, and pets are allowed.
