I want to improve my personal and team strengths!
~Learn self-empathy and understanding of others from the basics of NVC(※)~
Facilitated by Ms. Takatsuki Yoshimi, an expert in education and organizational development and director of Tankyu Gakusha, participants will learn about empathy and dialogue, which are important in local activities and in teams and communities.
*NVC stands for "Nonviolent Communication."
It is used in a variety of situations, including at work, at home, and in friendships, and is a communication technique that is particularly useful for resolving conflicts and improving human relationships.
Its purpose is to deepen empathy with others and is widely used as a way to reduce conflict and promote understanding in dialogue with others.
This is an opportunity for anyone to participate, including those who feel there are challenges in their daily activities, those who want to take a step forward by working further with their team members, and those who want to start working in the local community.
*Free to participate: There are conditions for participating in this event. For details, please see the [Participant Eligibility] section at the bottom of this page.

Working passionately with your colleagues for the community is no easy task.
Suddenly, you feel like you're not doing your best, or communication with your team becomes strained,
Because it is such an important activity, the feelings of depression and helplessness can be great when this happens.
In this workshop, we will look back on our experiences and
"It's difficult..."
When you feel this way, reconnect with your own strength, rebuild your team relationships,
We will experience a method to continue our activities with enthusiasm through NVC (Nonviolent Communication).
This is something we would love to work on together with everyone who wants to continue/start activities in a healthy, sustainable and good relationship.
