This is the first event in a long time, so here's the announcement!

This will be a reading group event at the "Forest Library," where book lovers can connect.

Furthermore, at each event, 50% of participants are first-timers.
No advance preparation is required.

I can introduce any book in the library, including books I read a long time ago and books whose bindings I found interesting.
Please use this as a place to share with others who love reading!

*Due to venue restrictions, the maximum number of participants is approximately 20.
Please note that we will close the application once we reach the capacity. Thank you for your understanding.

[Planning Overview]
・Come empty-handed to Mori no Toshoshitsu (Shibuya)
・Select a book you like from the library (30 minutes)
・Divide into groups and share your thoughts with the participants
・Event participation fee includes free drinks and snacks
・After the reading session, each group will connect with each other on social media (LINE, Facebook)

Reception
Book selection time (approximately 30 minutes)
Reading group: sit in designated group seats (Part 1)
Break (changing seats)
Reading group: sit in designated group seats (Part 2)

・Participation Fee:
4,000 yen (per person)
Venue fee + food and drink fee (※)

*Drinks: All-you-can-drink non-alcoholic drinks
Food: Light meals

<How to participate>
Please apply via either Facebook or Peatix.
(Payment must be made in cash on the day. Advance registration is only a declaration of intent.)
Maximum: 15 people

In addition, you may not sell or solicit products or goods to other participating members.
Participation for purposes such as soliciting for business unrelated to the reading group is not permitted.
To avoid overcrowding, we will limit the number of participants at the event.
Please understand that applications may close in advance.

<Notes on the day>
The event will be held after taking measures against COVID-19.
・Please wear a mask when entering the facility.
・Please refrain from participating if you have a fever of over 37.5 degrees, cold symptoms such as coughing, or abnormalities in your sense of taste or smell.
・Alcohol-based disinfectant will be provided at the entrance and exit of the venue. Please make use of it.
・Please take preventive measures against infectious diseases such as seasonal influenza (washing your hands, disinfecting your hands, gargling).
・Please cooperate with "cough etiquette" to prevent the spread of infectious diseases that are transmitted through droplets from coughs and sneezes.
・Seating will be rearranged at events to avoid crowded situations as much as possible.

There will be no cancellation fee if you cancel on the day of this event.
