A joint recruitment event bringing together LGBT-friendly companies will be held again this year

Job Rainbow Job EXPO will bring together LGBT-friendly companies of various industries and scales that have passed the screening process, from large global corporations to local start-ups.

This year, the event was divided into two parts: career recruitment and new graduate recruitment, elevating the event to one that focuses more on the participants' careers.

Participation is by advance reservation only, and photography is generally prohibited at the venue. This is an event that even people who normally live as closeted LGBT people can participate in with peace of mind.
