An event will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024 at 1:30 pm, sponsored by NN Life Insurance and hosted by the Business Succession Station for Women (operated by Female Presidents.net), to discuss "Supporting Women's Business Succession" from three perspectives related to business succession: business successors, support organizations, and local governments.

Although the number of women taking over businesses is on the rise, the reality is that there are still not enough specialized associations or organizations to support these women in dealing with the unique challenges they face.

Therefore, this event will consider the often-overlooked issue of "support for women in business succession" together with stakeholders. Three parties - female business successors, support groups that support female successors, and local governments with a strong interest in business succession support - will come together to share local support cases and the current situation, and discuss the challenges and importance of support. The aim is to explore more comprehensive and effective ways of providing support by holding a discussion that goes beyond a two-way dialogue and incorporates the perspectives of all three parties.
