"I feel a barrier between me and my team members"
"It's hard to feel psychologically safe"
"The organization is not lively"
Good news for business people with these concerns!
Wouldn't you like to know if there was a way for each team member to be respected as an individual and become one team in line with the team's goals?
For 20 years, NPO Common Beat has been running a musical program five times a year, where 100 people who have never met before work together for four months to successfully hold a hall performance that attracts about 3,000 people. To achieve the success of the performance, we accept "diversity" and quickly build a team with high "psychological safety". We feel that this has many parallels with the business world. So we thought about what is necessary to "build one team" that applies not only to the success of the performance but also to everything.
The secret is simply "hassle."
By continuing to address the feelings of each individual and continuing the troublesome communication, you can ultimately create a strong team and produce excellent results.
This time, we have invited three business people who have actually participated in Common Beat's musical program to talk about what they noticed and learned during the program, and how they are applying it to their work and real lives. We would like to hear some specific stories and discuss how to dramatically create a unified team.
