An exhibition of original artwork by illustrator Toshiyuki Fukuda, titled "Oofukuda Exhibition," will be held at the "Hobonichi Sunday" gallery on the 8th floor of Shibuya PARCO from December 13th to January 26th, 2025.

Toshiyuki Fukuda, from Osaka Prefecture, is an illustrator active in a wide range of fields, including editorial design, book design, advertising, and CD jackets. He began serializing "Home & Rock" in 2017. He draws one new illustration per month for smartphone wallpapers.

This exhibition will feature a total of 100 pieces, mainly 92 original drawings from "Home & Rock," a popular content that has been serialized on the website "Hobonichi Itoi Shimbun" since 2017. 46 of the 92 original drawings from "Home & Rock" will be exhibited at "Hobonichi Sunday" in Tokyo and "TOBICHI Kyoto" in Kyoto. On January 3rd and 4th during the exhibition, the exhibits at both venues will be completely swapped, providing an opportunity to see all 92 pieces. The swapping process will be introduced with photos in "Hobonichi Itoi Shimbun."

The exhibition will also feature around 50 original artworks other than those from "Home & Rock," including book covers, CD jackets, handkerchief designs, and snack packaging. Visitors can enjoy the delicate expressions that make full use of Fukuda's unique aging technique, which involves sprinkling instant coffee on the surface and then dissolving it with varnish to coat it. There will also be a merchandise sales corner and a model room-style exhibit featuring the original artworks. At the coffee shop "Daifuku," visitors can enjoy coffee and sweets, and exclusive original matches will also be provided to customers of the cafe (limited quantities available).
