In today's Japan, there are many options to choose from when it comes to growing in business, and there will come a time in your life when you will be forced to make decisions. In order to maximize your potential, you must have as much information as possible and always make decisions with a positive mindset.

This seminar is aimed at students about to enter society, as well as current members of the workforce who are exploring new possibilities, and will cover the secrets to success and the causes of failure that only a manager can share, from the perspective of what management is and what mindset a manager should have.

What to say at the event

Yamanashi Innovation Base (YNIB), a general incorporated association that has been dedicated to nurturing and supporting entrepreneurs in Yamanashi Prefecture, will share key points for starting a business, case studies on how to lead to success, and practical skills such as marketing and branding.
After the lecture, there will be a one-on-one consultation session with a YNIB regular member who has been providing support to entrepreneurs, where you can ask questions about your business model, life design, etc. If you would like to receive direct mentoring from the CEO of a successful company, please apply.

We will also be sharing information on support measures for working people in Yamanashi Prefecture, including the prefecture's initiative "3UP Yamanashi."
