Considering "work style reform" for playing managers: A survival strategy to escape the "management position is a punishment game" situation

【Summary】
In the past, it was common for managers to focus on management tasks such as managing subordinates and running an organization. However, many managers now play the role of a "playing manager" who also plays a role as a player on the front lines.
While this work style has become the standard in many companies, it is also true that it has caused serious problems, such as exhaustion for many managers and a "management failure" throughout the organization. In order to reform the working style of playing managers and make the organization function properly, it is essential to not only improve the individual playing managers, but also to build a team.
So this time, we have invited Shinya Nakayama, who not only conducts team building training and other activities but also shares his extensive knowledge about human resource development in his book, "Learn from Aoashi: A Teaching Method That Doesn't Give You the Answers," and who is also a brand ambassador for Logmi Business, to provide practical tips for current managers facing challenges on how to "achieve results without burning out."
