I want to value my individuality,
For Gen Z who want to work in their own way
How to build a career in the new era!

Hello! I'm Yokoishi, a working style producer.

He is involved in projects that pave the way for future work styles, such as the work style festival "Tokyo Work Design Week," and lectures at Shibuya Startup University and Hosei University's Faculty of Career Design, supporting the careers of young people.

-How can you achieve what you want to achieve at your company?
-How can I find my ideal job and company?
- "I want to become someone," but how do I take action?

It's now commonly said that we are living in the "age of the individual," but for Generation Z, who want to value their individuality and work in their own way, there are still many who feel confused and anxious about their careers.

In this program, we will welcome as a special guest Mr. Yokote, President and CEO of Pola Orbis Holdings, who creates an organization based on the individual, not on the top-down approach, but on the personality and values of each employee. How can we make the most of the individual in an organization? What kind of strategy is needed to build a career that suits you? Why not expand your own perspective on your career based on examples and practices of Mr. Yokote's "emphasis on individuality"?

[Recommended for these people]
・I want to work in a way that values individuality and is true to myself
・I want some hints for my own career path
・I want to try new things

The event will be held free of charge at the co-creation space "SHIBUYA QWS" above Shibuya Station. There will be no online distribution, and we aim to create an open and casual space. Seats are limited, so please apply early.

This is a rare opportunity to hear directly from the head of a major company about how to build an organization and career that "makes the most of the individual." We hope this will inspire you to take your next step.
