Born in Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture in 1996.
The first birthday present I remember receiving was my own knife.
From an early age, her playground was the kitchen of her mother's family inn. Starting with "playing house," she gradually developed an interest in cooking.
At one point she dreamed of becoming a career woman and went on to university, but while working part-time while at university she rediscovered the joy of eating and cooking, and her curiosity led her to try out different foods, cook and practice.
After working in a restaurant, he is currently working hard every day to open a restaurant in his hometown of Myoko. He opened "Micchi" in December 204.
