The "Sado Myoko Workation Pass", which supports travel from Tokyo to Sado and Myoko, will be released again this year!
Set in two locations filled with nature and space - Sado and Myoko,
We will be holding an event at SHIBUYA QWS to discuss new ways of working as a team.

We will welcome key people who are actually involved in workcation activities in Sado and Myoko and have them talk candidly about their activities. From each person's perspective, participants will surely find hints that will lead to their own next actions.

19:00~ Introduction to how to use the Workcation Pass
19:05~ Activity 1: Let's talk casually using cards
Participants will be divided into groups in advance and asked to engage in dialogue based on the questions on the cards.
We have a variety of topics you can talk about in a relaxed atmosphere, such as your workplace, team, and your relationship with travel.
19:25〜 Work 2: Draw your ideal training camp
This is a workshop to think about "What if your team were to do workation?" based on maps, activities, and accommodation information for Sado and Myoko. Feel free to plan your schedule and how you want to spend your time.
20:00~ Networking party
We will provide some snacks and alcohol 🍺🍶 from Sado and Myoko!
This is a time for casual information exchange between participants and speakers.

Speaker Profile
👤Yui Takahashi, CEO of ReRoot Inc.
Born in Hokkaido in 2000. After graduating from Waseda University's School of Political Science and Economics, he backpacked around the world and realized the importance of deciding where to live. He currently lives in two places, Sado City and Atsuma Town, and plans and manages trips and events that trace the roots of food. In Sado City, he holds events and training to promote dual residence, and works with the government to solve problems. He is also a director of the Sado Coexistence Promotion Organization, a general incorporated association.
👤Yoshiharu Takeuchi, Chairman of NPO Shigoto no Mirai / Workcation Coordinator, Myoko City Green Tourism Promotion Council
Involved in corporate training and lectures on communication and organizational building. Started working multiple jobs at Cybozu Inc. in 2017. Also involved in branding and marketing. Practices future work styles and working styles, such as multiple jobs, working from two locations, and teleworking. With experience in diverse working styles across regions, also involved in business development for regional revitalization. Workation coordinator for Myoko City Green Tourism Promotion Council.
👤Ayumi Yamamoto, CEO and Founder of e-lamp Inc.
Born in 2001 in Obihiro, Hokkaido. Started business in his second year of high school. Produces multiple businesses in the entertainment and education fields. Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Environment and Information Studies (conceived e-lamp. in 2020 while still a student), will enter the Graduate School of Media Design at the same university in spring 2023. (Plans to complete master's course in September 2025 and proceed to doctoral course.) In graduate school, he will be engaged in social biofeedback research in the HCI field. He will be researching human emotions such as "excitement." Selected for the MITOU Advanced Program in 2022. Has appeared in numerous media outlets as a STEAM talent.
