Journaling, a form of written meditation and mindfulness practice, has been attracting a lot of attention in recent years.
Why not join an event where you can casually experience journaling, reflect on your past month, and think about how you will work from next month onwards and the lifestyle you want to live?
Even if you want to start journaling, it can be hard to know where to start.
At this event, we will provide a format for a one-month reflection, so even if you are new to journaling, you can feel at ease and write down your reflections!
In the midst of busy daily lives, it's easy to put off personal time, but I hope that journaling can help those people find some mental space and some free time to relax.
