Takashi Shiraishi, President and CEO

After graduating from the College of Human Sciences, University of Tsukuba, he joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) in 1997, where he worked as a system engineer and corporate sales representative, and then worked at Plala Networks, where he was in charge of service planning.
In 2001, he moved to CyberAgent, where he established the company's first content planning and production department. Based on this experience, he founded Light Up Ltd. (now Light Up Co., Ltd.) in 2002 and became its president and representative director.

Light Up's mission is to "make all small and medium-sized enterprises across the country profitable," and it provides IT tools and management support to small and medium-sized enterprises, expanding its business areas from email newsletter editing to cloud services and generative AI development.
The company was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market (formerly Mothers) on June 22, 2018, and was also selected as one of Deloitte's Fast 50/Fast 500 as a rapidly growing company.

Currently, under the vision of "AI-ing all employees," the company is promoting the realization of an era in which "one manager, one AI" is implemented by combining generative AI and RPA, and is supporting the introduction of DX/AI to over 10,000 small and medium-sized enterprises each year.
He completed a Master's degree in Education at the University of Tsukuba, and has received numerous awards, including 15th in the Deloitte Fast 50 in Japan and 86th in the APAC region (2007).
