For those interested in building a connected population and local communities

Ama Town, a remote island in the Oki Islands of Shimane Prefecture with a population of about 2,300 people, continues to take on unique challenges, such as the "Island Study Abroad for Adults" program and the "Ama Town Official Ambassador System."

Now in its first year since launch, the Ama Town Official Ambassador Program has surpassed 280 members, despite being a paid program, and is quickly becoming a pillar of local management.

What kind of well-being is achieved by being involved in Ama Town as a related population?

The first part will be a special discussion between frontline practitioners, exploring the shape of local communities from the perspective of the well-being of related populations. The second part will provide an opportunity for interaction with participants.
