Extremely unlucky snacks
Casual discussion of views on life and death

To kick off the new year, we'll be hosting an incredibly unlucky snack bar!
Why is it said that it is bad luck to talk about when you get sick or when you die?
What does "bad luck" mean in the first place?
This is a slightly experimental event that was born from such a question.
Sadanaranai Obake has previously hosted "Death Snacks," where people can casually discuss their views on life and death.
This time, as a spin-off, we will be holding a joint event with Kawabe Yuji and Takenaka Anna, members of Jinsei Socho, who are affiliated with 100BANCH, and Yokota Tatsuyuki, a physical therapist and member of ACP Lab.
It goes a step further than regular death snacks and deals with topics similar to ACP (advance care planning)/ALP (advance life planning), such as one's views on life and death, how one wants to end one's life, and treatment wishes.
If you just say it's bad luck from the start, everyone might feel more comfortable talking about it.
Even though we had talked about something unlucky, on the way home I somehow started to look forward to the next day. That's the kind of experience I'm aiming for.
Please come and visit us!
