"I gained general knowledge from the online seminar, but I don't know who to consult regarding my company's specific circumstances."
Are you facing such obstacles as you implement security measures?
Many companies are understanding the importance of security through information gathering and are exploring internal measures to address it.
However, with cyberattacks exploiting AI on the rise, the system environments and challenges faced by each company vary greatly.
One-way input via online channels alone will not reveal the "next step" to solve your company's unique challenges.
This session is a special roundtable where you can share candid opinions that you couldn't hear online, and connect directly with the speakers and other participants.
This time, we are bringing you this event in collaboration with Cybersecurity.com, a security-focused media outlet that continues to respond to the voices of those on the front lines.
In March 2026, our local LLM was selected as a trial project for the Digital Agency's "Government AI" initiative. This project brings together cutting-edge AI companies with expertise in AI technology recognized by the government, and media outlets with on-the-ground experience to directly address your real-world concerns.
The following program is planned for this session.
A former AWS engineer discusses the latest threat trends and practical countermeasures.
Companies selected for government AI programs discuss the current state of security.
Information exchange among participants and a Q&A session where small groups can talk casually.
In particular, we will delve deeper into the following perspectives.
The challenges each company actually faces and their specific approaches to addressing them.
The "real truth" about security measures that you won't find online.
By directly discussing your company's case studies and exchanging opinions with representatives from other companies, you can gain concrete hints to advance your own security measures.
Take the first step towards building a robust defense system adapted to the AI era by connecting directly with the latest AI companies and experts.

[Company Introduction]
Customer Cloud is promoting the "Bit Valley 2.0" initiative, an AI ecosystem concept originating in Shibuya, as part of its efforts to enhance Japan's AI competitiveness.
This initiative aims to build a new industrial ecosystem that connects AI talent, companies, technologies, and communities, linking Japan's AI industry to the global market.
Furthermore, as an AI platform company based on AI and cloud technologies, we are working to build a system that allows companies and organizations to have their own dedicated AI infrastructure (local LLM) and continuously develop and operate AI products such as business-specific AI services and business applications on top of it.
Furthermore, our "AI Product Production Factory" model supports companies and organizations in building environments where they can continuously create their own AI products.
In March 2026, Customer Cloud's Local LLM was selected as one of the large-scale domestic language models (LLMs) to be tested on the government shared generative AI platform "GENNAI" as part of the "Government AI" initiative promoted by the Digital Agency. Currently, verification of the practicality and safety of using AI in administrative operations is underway, and the applicability of AI technology in the Japanese language and administrative fields is being investigated.
In addition, we are working not only within Japan but also in collaboration with various governments and international organizations to promote the introduction and construction of AI-powered digital infrastructure and international financial infrastructure.
Through these initiatives, we aim to contribute to the development of Japan's AI industry, starting from Shibuya and expanding to the world.
[Representative's comment]
Japan has many outstanding talents who can succeed on a global level.
However, it is also true that the necessary "framework" to connect them is not yet fully in place.
We are challenging ourselves to reconstruct Japan's AI industry as a cohesive whole by combining AI production facilities, AGI technology, integrated management, and global infrastructure such as BytePlus.
From Shibuya to the world.
The Japanese AI industry is about to enter another "exciting era."
Customer cloud services are beginning to act as a catalyst for this change.
【Philosophy】
Non-Destructive Innovation.
Refinement, not destruction.
The underlying concept of Customer Cloud is "harmony"—a balance of harmony and completeness.
The aim is not to destroy existing structures.
The history, culture, and sovereignty that a country or organization has cultivated over a long period of time.
Without directly touching them, it envelops them from the outside, forming a new layer of value.
This is our design philosophy, the "Wrap Model."
Our brand identity is rooted in the "kurogo," a traditional Japanese performer in black.
The main characters on the stage are always the customers—the nation or the corporation.
We remain in the background, not putting ourselves in the spotlight, to maximize the value of the main characters.
