/ An offline event will be held to consider future work styles and relearning!
In the midst of busy days at work,
"Are we going to continue like this?"
Have you ever had such a question suddenly pop into your mind?

Our guest this time is someone in his 40s who had built up a successful career in the workforce and then chose to go back to graduate school.
Regardless of age or position, he has demonstrated through his actions that "there is no end to learning."

At this event,

Why did you decide to relearn in your 40s?
How relearning changed the way I see my work and life
・How did you deal with times when you felt like you wanted to do something but couldn't move forward?

We will hear from you based on your own experiences!

In the second half of the event, there will be time for participants to interact with each other.

What do I want to learn from now on?
How do you want to use your current experience?

You don't need to give an answer.
Just stop and think for a moment.

I hope this episode will be an opportunity for you to update your values and future choices.

"Is it okay to continue doing the same thing every day?"
"Just going back and forth between work and home means there are hardly any new encounters or stimulation."
"If things continue like this, won't this limit the options available to the children I work with?"

Adults who are troubled by this
Taking a step outside of the everyday, we celebrate "small challenges"
Sharing each other's "learnings"
It is a community where you can enjoy change.
