Femtech is often talked about primarily as a female-focused field, but did you know that many men are also involved?
This event will begin with a panel discussion featuring male members involved in Femtech business and planning, and then in a workshop format, will discuss the potential and challenges of Femtech from the perspectives of differences in gender and what motivated them to get involved!
The discussion will cover the following topics. Of course, women are welcome to participate too!
・Difficulties and challenges of Femtech from the perspectives of both men and women
・Common challenges in starting a femtech business
・Measures and ideas to overcome the difficulties and challenges specific to the field
In March of last year, we held a closed event called "Men Talking Femtech" with the concept of "Men Talking Femtech Only" and the aim of the event to freely discuss everyday concerns and points to note, as well as key points for the future development of the industry, which garnered a lot of attention. This time, we will expand the workshop and hold an event that both men and women can participate in!
Please see the link below for details and reports from last year's event.

A year has passed since the very well-received event, and the number of men involved in Femtech has increased. However, common and new challenges have become clear in starting and expanding Femtech-related businesses, especially from the perspective of gender differences. This year, we have planned a new workshop to explore hints on how to tackle these challenges, so please join us.
As the femtech field continues to attract more and more attention, we look forward to your participation!
