[Keynote speech] Madoka Maeno
Representative Director and CEO of EVOL Inc. Researcher at the System Design Institute attached to the Graduate School of System Design and Management, Keio University. Member of the International Positive Psychology Association. His publications include "What is your own happiness? Thinking about well-being from the age of 10" (WAVE Publishing).

Reiko Shimane
Diplomat. Graduated from the Department of English and American Literature, Faculty of Letters, in 2006. Repeated a year twice and dropped out of high school. After that, passed the university entrance qualification exam and entered this university. After graduation, he went on to Waseda University's law school and passed the bar exam in 2010. Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2011. His books include "High School Diplomat: Understanding International Affairs from Scratch!" (Fusosha).

Minako Takaba
Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University's School of International Politics and Economics in 2000. Master of Business Administration. Studied environmental accounting at graduate school. Currently in charge of ESG investment and sustainability investment at Asset Management One. His mission is to use ESG data and ESG evaluations to change the flow of money for a better future. He also works hard to improve diversity and empowerment in the financial industry.

Yuka Yanagisawa
She is a Customer Success Manager at Talenta Inc., an IT company that supports major companies in acquiring talent, developing talent, and reforming work styles, where she handles the latest HR technologies from overseas. Currently, she is working fully remotely, discovering the optimal way to work, exploring the true essence of work, and realizing her ideal future while exploring her own true essence.

Tsuzumi Iwaki
He currently works at ABC Cooking Studio Co., Ltd. He graduated from the Faculty of Global Studies in 2020. While studying abroad in Thailand during his time at university, he felt the potential of food and joined the company because he was inspired by the company's philosophy of "bringing smiles to dining tables all over the world." He provides support to companies and local governments in strengthening their brand power through food.
