Hello! I'm Mashikomyu from the official community of Mashiko Town, Tochigi Prefecture.

Mashiko Town is home to over 300 kilns and over 50 pottery retailers, making it a region where tradition and creativity thrive.

In recent years, the manufacturing and sales styles of Mashiko ware have diversified, with each kiln developing its business with its own unique approach.

There are quite a few potteries that are looking to meet with businesspeople from other industries and create new businesses.

Therefore, this time we will be holding a business matching event in the ceramics sector, which is Mashiko Town's representative industry.

There will be presentations by Mashiko pottery businesses and an exhibition of Mashiko pottery, and in the second half there will be time for networking and business negotiations.

"I want to expand the possibilities of Mashiko ware and pottery," and "I want to meet businesspeople from other industries and broaden my horizons."

Passionate Mashiko pottery business owners will be gathering at SHIBUYA QWS, so please come and meet them.

・Wakasama Pottery (pottery manufacturer)

・Masakatsu Kuriya (ceramic artist)
