Students and Entrepreneurs

While there are an increasing number of opportunities to take on challenges and ways to spend your student years, such as long-term internships, studying abroad, joining student organizations, and starting your own business, the sheer number of options is leaving more and more students unsure of what criteria to use to make a choice and whether their choice is right, and unable to take action.

In the first part of this event, we will welcome Yuutaro Kondo, who is now the CEO of Unito and has taken on various challenges, including starting a company as a student, interning at Airbnb Japan, and studying abroad in Croatia. Based on the theme of "Students x Entrepreneurship," Kondo will talk about how he overcame the doubts, challenges, and decision-making he faced as a student, and how he has approached his career.

In the second part, we will welcome Mr. Kondo and Mr. Yoshiyasu Katsumi (CEO of Allesgood Inc.), an entrepreneur who is also a member of Makers, and Ms. Kaede Hayakawa, a Unito internship graduate, for a panel discussion centered on the theme of "What kind of internship should you do as a student?"

We provide a forum for students who are struggling with their career path, as well as those who have already begun to make moves, to find meaning in their choices and experiences and deepen their own "personal axis."
