❚ What is the Algorithmic Preneurship Program?
Algorithmic preneurship refers to "people who take action on their own initiative."
The word "Arujipreneurship" is a combination of "master" and "entrepreneurship".

The Algipreneurship Programme aims to encourage self-exploration and to harness individual characteristics through everyday challenges.
This is a practical inquiry-based learning program that focuses on self-exploration and problem-solving, where you learn not only about solving problems within a company, but also by taking action such as starting a new business.

In order to develop the three skills required for new business development - innovation ability, ability to get others involved, and planning ability - students will engage in "self-exploration," which is an essential skill, and acquire the ability to solve individual and internal problems and put them into practice.

This will increase each member's motivation and productivity, and we aim to become a team that can proactively develop new business ventures!

She has a career spanning 20 years as a program producer and personality on FM radio and TV shopping. With experience interviewing over 4,000 people to elicit their true feelings, she is engaged in a business that brings out the appeal of people, things, and towns. In 2013, she founded the Japan Mama Entrepreneur University. She is dedicated to supporting female entrepreneurs, such as by supporting work styles that aim for "happiness" and "sustainability." She has consulted with over 3,000 entrepreneurs to date, and has produced around 300 Mama University alumni.

After joining Recruit, she won the Newcomer MVP Award in sales. She participated as a founding member of a company that is currently listed on the First Section of the Stock Exchange. She launched Japan's first career change magazine for women in general positions, "Working Woman Type (now Woman Type)," and became its editor-in-chief. She interviewed over 5,000 women and systematized how to create a job that satisfies both the mind and the wallet - a happy career. She became independent in 2005 and opened Happikari Academy in 2011. She currently holds courses all over Japan with her graduates.
